ESAfrican.com Vouchers Terms & Conditions, including Amendments, Cancellations and Unused Vouchers

This voucher is only good for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable with cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited.
Vouchers ordered through our website and paid for will be delivered automatically by electronic means to the email address specified at the time of order.
A voucher cannot be used to purchase a further voucher.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
For businesses and organisations that specify their prices in US$ any change that the business or organisation providing the goods or services chooses to pay will be paid in the local currency according to the exchange rates used by that business or organisation for their prices that are specified in US$.
For businesses and organisations that do not have a US$ price list the applicable exchange rate is the daily published National Bank of Malawi Cash Buy rate for US$. At weekends the immediately preceding Friday rate is applicable.
When ordering a voucher, you should ensure to enter the recipient’s email address correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the voucher.
Vouchers are valid only for the specified period on the voucher.
Without the permission of ESAfrican.com, it is not permitted to sell, trade or purchase vouchers or vouchers codes in any way. This also applies to purchasing vouchers or voucher codes from third parties. The vouchers are valid for the named recipient and any amendment must be agreed with ESAfrican.com and may be subject to an administration charge wholly at the discretion of ESAfrican.com.
This online Voucher purchasing facility (whether the Voucher is confirmed and purchased or not), does not constitute a contract for the supply of the item named on the voucher. A contract will be entered into at the time when the voucher is redeemed with the business or organisation supplying the good or service and will be governed by the laws of the country where the good or service are provided.
Site offers and promotions (including gifts with purchase and discounts) do not apply when purchasing vouchers.
Vouchers may be exchanged for goods or services of a higher value upon agreement with the end business or organisation providing the goods or service, and upon payment of the difference.
Any additional cost exceeding the value of this voucher will be paid by the redeemer.
The voucher will be considered null and void without the proof of payment and an ID verification that the holder of the voucher paid for the voucher or is the named recipient in the original reservation and confirmation email.
This voucher will not be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen.
Vouchers defaced in any way will be invalid.
This voucher is valid only at the business or organisation named on the Voucher.
Vouchers will be subject to verification at the time of presentation.
The Voucher must be mentioned at the time of booking with the end business or organisation providing the goods or services so that the validity of the voucher can be confirmed with ESAfrican.com.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check the availability of the goods or services provided by the named business or organisation. For example some services may be seasonal or weather dependent or fully booked for specific dates or some goods may be out of stock.
The businesses and organisations named on the vouchers and responsible for providing the services are responsible for compliance with all local laws and regulations. ESAfrican.com cannot be held responsible for any legal, quality or availability problems in the country where the service is provided.

In the event of any dispute, the decision is final.
reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
This voucher entitles the named recipient and bearer to redeem the product specified herein in accordance with the above terms and conditions.
A Voucher can be amended only at the discretion of ESAfrican.com. If a Voucher needs to be amended, the original voucher will be cancelled, and the original amount refunded which may be subject to an administration charge. The administration charge is entirely at the discretion of ESAfrican.com. A new voucher may be issued showing a value to reflect the modified reservation. The customer will pay the new charge.
All requests to amend a Voucher will be subject to normal availability of the requested good, service unless the Voucher relates to a specified amount.
Prices may change between the date of the original voucher purchase and the amended voucher, in which case the later prices will apply.
Customers may cancel a Voucher and receive a full refund provided ESAfrican.com is advised and that the customer provides more than three days notice and provided that the named organisation or business supplying the good or service can confirm that the voucher was not already redeemed. An administration charge of 5% of the value of the voucher will be applied for such cancellations unless that 5% is less than $5 in which case a $5 cancellation charge will be applied.
For cancellations of vouchers with less than 3 days notice prior to the expiry date of the voucher or prior to a specified date on the voucher, the above conditions also apply except that a refund of 50% of the voucher value will be made, less an administration charge of 10%.
There will be no refund for unused Vouchers that extend beyond the expiry date. In exceptional circumstances ESAfrican.com may agree to extend the date of the validity of the voucher. This will be subject to an administration fee entirely at the discretion of ESAfrican.com.
There will be no refund if the customer fails to show for a reservation that has not been cancelled prior to the start date.
